Harvey used its FORUM Chicago keynote to show new personalization and specialization features for legal teams, including agents in Outlook, an Intake solution, and a fact graph.
- Harvey co-founder and CEO Winston Weinberg opened the keynote with a prediction for 2027: legal AI moving from a tool you prompt to a team that you run.
- He said getting there depends on agents that know a matter as well as its lawyers do and firms that can govern those agents with confidence.
- Harvey Graph maps the relationships across a firm's matter or project so agents share a map of the work instead of rebuilding it at every step.
- Harvey agents are now in Outlook, where they triage and file email, draft replies, and start first-pass review, with every step requiring user approval.
- Intake, now in early access for in-house teams, takes contract requests straight from email, gathers context, asks clarifying questions, and routes work by the team's own rules.
- Harvey and iManage have built a two-way integration, coming to early access, that keeps iManage as the system of record and enforces its ethical wall policies in Harvey.
