Cozen O’Connor, an international law firm with over 1,000 attorneys, has selected Harvey for a firmwide implementation after a successful pilot covering transactional and litigation work.
- The firm says Harvey will let its lawyers synthesize large volumes of information, surface critical insights and apply their knowledge with greater speed and precision.
- Bringing AI into research, document analysis and drafting is meant to change how teams develop legal arguments, assess issues and advise clients.
- During the pilot, lawyers worked with Harvey’s team to build custom agents for practice-specific workflows, including real estate, corporate and private client services.
- Those agents are intended to turn lawyers’ knowledge into repeatable processes, bringing consistency to recurring work and spreading the firm’s knowledge across teams.
- Cozen O’Connor plans to build on that foundation with tailored training, implementation and agent governance.
- Michael Heller, the firm’s Chairman and CEO, said Harvey “demonstrated its value across our practices.”
