From the source
Harvey has expanded its Italian legal content coverage through partnerships with the Italian legal publishers Simone, Il Foro Italiano, and Juranet, making current and historical Italian legislation, administrative guidance, case law and authored commentary available directly in Harvey.
- The company says the content lets lawyers find the law on the relevant date and verify the source: every amended provision shows all previous versions and the period each was in force, and every answer identifies the provision and version, the judgment, or the author, journal, year and column.
- "We're investing deeply in Italy," said Nate Schlein, Head of Product Business Development at Harvey, citing strong demand from law firms and large enterprise organizations and a team of experienced legal engineers hired to work alongside them.
- Legislation covers Gazzetta Ufficiale acts from 1946, regional legislation since 1986, a selection of EU legislation since 1960 and international instruments since 1947.
- Case law includes all civil and criminal divisions of the Court of Cassation, complete from 2017 and reaching back to 1980, the Constitutional Court since 1956, TAR, the Council of State and CGARS since 2009, and the CJEU and the ECtHR.
