OpenCode users are reporting unauthorized API charges after a security breach, including one report of $400 spent on an Anthropic account.
OpenCode confirms that at least 1.4% of Console users were affected. Its customer email warns that third-party provider keys stored in workspaces may have been exposed through unauthorized access to a legacy system being shut down.

Anthropic is preparing to release Claude Fable 5.5 next week, according to TestingCatalog. A screenshot from X user Alex Getman showed the model listed as "Generally available" in Azure's East US 2 model catalog with pricing matching Fable 5.1, while leaker Lyra said partners have been given access and expects a release next week. Additionally, a "claude-onigiri-eap" codename was found in Artificial Analysis's frontend with a setup typical of Fable-tier models, though it was later removed.
