Anthropic published an updated Usage Policy effective November 12, consolidating rules against deceptive campaigns into a new section, clarifying weapons prohibitions to include software and autonomous vehicle arming, and adding requirements for high-risk use cases involving autonomous physical actions.
The policy also refines election restrictions to focus on voter deception and disruption, and adds a prohibition on sustained abusive behavior toward models.
