Anthropic merged its Claude chat and Cowork interfaces into a single window, also incorporating Artifacts and Claude Design.

The new design automatically routes user requests without requiring tab or window switching.

Dedicated features for creating presentations and documents were added, allowing users to generate, edit, and share slides and documents, with download options for PDF or PowerPoint.

These features are rolling out first to Pro and Max plans on web, desktop, and mobile over the coming weeks, with plans to extend to free and team tiers later.
