Lettuce's growth team uses Ads Engine in ElevenCreative to pull its best-performing Meta ads, generate new versions in under a minute and push them back to market, cutting ad production from over a week to about 45 seconds.
- Before Ads Engine, every new Meta ad began with a campaign brief that the creative director turned into execution ideas, and a finished ad took at least a week, with changes to a live ad adding another week.
- Ads Engine connects to Lettuce's Meta account, pulls in running ads, and lets anyone on the team describe a new ad or a change in a prompt; the creative director and a performance marketer still review each ad before it runs.
- Danny McCullough, Lettuce's head of performance marketing, estimates the switch cut creative costs by roughly 75% and lowered cost per lead by 40% to 60% compared with other creative running in similar periods.
- Lettuce's current top-performing Meta ad came out of that loop, somewhere between the 15th and 20th iteration of an original creative-team asset, and McCullough says a few hundred dollars is enough to get a read on a new idea.
