Immobiliare.it built a network of interconnected conversational AI agents on ElevenLabs' ElevenAgents platform, starting from a single listing agent that answers buyer questions and qualifies leads.
- The Italian real estate platform, which lists more than 1.2 million properties and draws over 50 million monthly visits, wanted native-sounding voices in Italian and its other southern European markets, where the company says voice quality decides whether a caller stays on the line.
- The first agent went live on listings, responding day or night in the right language and summarizing each interaction so agents could see how hot a lead was; more than 70% of sellers opted in.
- Immobiliare.it reports a 3.3x improvement in lead qualification rate, a 74% higher likelihood that a user shares a phone number for follow-up, and roughly 80% of users rating the feature positively.
- The network has since grown to include an inbound agent for private sellers, an outbound agent for listing quality, customer support across voice and chat, and conversational search.
- Subagents handle narrow tasks behind the scenes so the user still gets a single conversation, and Immobiliare.it pursued AIUC-1, an emerging certification standard for conversational AI security, safety and reliability, which ElevenAgents' built-in guardrails and platform controls largely covered.
