Ideogram published a guide for turning one product image into a full campaign, using a fictional oat-crunch carton to show how references, scene prompts and compositing fit together.
- The workflow starts with a written brief that separates product identity, such as the wordmark and front-panel artwork, from campaign decisions like table, lighting and camera framing.
- Ideogram says the Image app's Ideogram 4.5 and Auto options accept product references, while the standard Ideogram 4.0 and 3.0 models do not.
- When packaging artwork must stay exact, the guide recommends generating the background separately and placing the original cutout as an image layer in Studio rather than asking generation to redraw the lettering.
- It warns that a reference guides the result but the model can still alter a small word, a logo detail or an edge, so output should be inspected closely.
- The guide also notes that a concept mockup is for discussion, while a printable packaging file needs its own production work with the correct dieline, approved copy and print specifications.
