AMD says MiniMax-M3.1 is live on its Instinct MI350 GPUs on Day 0, making the model runnable on AMD hardware from its release.

The company reports up to 3.2x lower decode latency and 2.2 to 2.4x better agent interactivity on the MI350.
The support runs through vLLM and ATOM on ROCm software.
