Littler announced strategic partnerships with Legora and Epiq to help employers work through the legal, workforce and operational effects of AI-enabled workforce transformation.
- Littler will lead the employment law and workforce governance side, Legora will partner on designing, building and implementing AI-enabled legal workflows, and Epiq brings process and workflow redesign, data readiness, governance, privacy, technology implementation, training and organizational change.
- The Legora collaboration builds on Littler's firsthand use of the platform globally, including a detailed pilot across its European offices.
- The partnerships are meant to let organizations advance at different rates and pursue different AI strategies, rather than prescribing a single platform or approach.
- Littler says it will help clients weigh workforce objectives, legal and governance requirements and operating context, then assemble the right mix of legal, technology and operational capabilities, with the model intended to stay flexible as technologies, priorities and regulatory expectations evolve.
- Legora says its platform is used by more than 140,000 legal professionals at more than 2,000 law firms and in-house legal teams across over 80 markets.
