Gradium and Yampa are partnering to run Gradium's voice models natively inside Yampa's agentic customer care platform, targeting banks, insurers, telcos and public sector organizations that need control over data and suppliers.
- Gradium Text-to-Speech and Speech-to-Text run inside the Yampa Voice Engine, which Yampa says orchestrates every call end to end, handling turn-taking, silences, interruptions and background noise.
- Organizations choose where agents run, either SaaS on European infrastructure or on-premise in their own environment, so conversations stay inside a perimeter they control.
- Gradium says it starts talking in under 50 milliseconds with 0 ms of leading silence, and reads phone numbers, dates, amounts in euros and confirmation codes correctly.
- Yampa reports its clients resolve 65% of after-hours calls autonomously, cut escalation rates by 40% in two months, and handle thousands of level-1 tickets monthly without human intervention.
- Brand teams can create a voice with Voice Designer from a text prompt or clone an existing one, and the two companies run a curated process to tune a voice for specific use cases.
