Harvey's marketing team built an agent-powered creative system in Figma that combines brand guidelines, reusable libraries and parallel workflows to produce design work at scale.
- The team made a launch film for Harvey Artifacts entirely with agents inside Figma, where the agent built every scene as a Figma Motion frame and exported the cuts from the file.
- To tailor demos for hundreds of accounts, agents crawled the app and rebuilt key screens as components, forming Product Map, and worked out a film grammar called Motion Primitives.
- An engine of about 750 lines of JavaScript turns each script into a film inside Figma, handling the camera, transitions, captions, the pointer's click rhythm and the end card.
- Because only one agent can work in a file at a time, agents queued in one shared file pushed calls to two minutes and timed out, so the team built a bus with three lane files, each with its own builder agent, plus a coordinator.
- One batch of 36 films took 69 minutes, and when the team hit its daily Figma call cap, overnight agents scripted and voiced the next 97.
- Everything runs through one tracker, a Claude artifact that every agent and person reads and writes, where each film has a row with its account, story, status and links.
