ElevenLabs has renewed several existing security, privacy, and AI management certifications and added two new ones, including FedRAMP 20x Class A and SOC 2 Type I, to demonstrate independent verification of its practices.
- The company says trust must be independently verified, not claimed, and that these certifications rest on three pillars: security, privacy, and quality management.
- The renewed certifications include ISO/IEC 27001:2022, ISO 27701:2019, ISO/IEC 42001:2023, ISO 27017 and 27018, SOC 2 Type II, PCI DSS Level 1 Service Provider, and Cyber Essentials & Cyber Essentials Plus.
- The new certifications are SOC 2 Type I for ElevenProductions and FedRAMP 20x Class A, which is an entry pathway for U.S. federal government cloud services.
- ElevenLabs states that renewing certifications proves the underlying practices are real and ongoing, not a one-time exercise.
