Turn your team’s precedents, guidelines, and judgment into a custom review agent that accelerates reviews and improves negotiated outcomes.
Every contract that crosses an in-house team's desk carries the weight of decisions that came before it: the fallback accepted last quarter, the clause that always escalates to a commercial approver, the payment terms that got the last three MSAs signed.
That accumulated judgment is valuable institutional knowledge, yet much of it remains scattered.
Over the past year, we've worked closely with in-house legal teams of all sizes to understand how contract review actually happens.
Playbooks work well for high-volume, standardized agreements, but not every review fits neatly within them.
They can capture a team’s stated positions, but not always the nuance behind them—from acceptable fallback ranges to patterns in past negotiations that show what the team will actually accept.
We believe a legal team's negotiation judgment is institutional knowledge worth capturing and scaling.
