Harvey introduced a Motion to Dismiss workflow co-developed with LexisNexis.
The agentic system reviews a complaint, proposes ranked arguments, conducts research using LexisNexis primary law and Shepard's Citations, and drafts a motion with citations and forum-specific formatting.
The workflow is available to Harvey customers with access to Ask LexisNexis or who are also Lexis+ with Protégé customers.
