Luma has added Kling 4.0, an AI video generator built for fast action and big camera moves, to its board for every Luma customer.
- The company says the model is meant for shots where the performance, the camera and the environment all have to hold together, and that users never have to leave the Luma board where the rest of their project lives.
- Luma frames movement as a critical but expensive part of AI video: a tracking shot that drifts or a subject that loses shape halfway through an orbit means another render, so Kling 4.0 is offered for exactly those shots while other tools cover the rest.
- Luma says the model holds fast action through the move, produces directed camera work such as tracking shots, orbits, push-ins and pans, keeps characters closer to the brief with more facial expression, and keeps on-screen text in place while the camera moves.
- It supports text-to-video and image-to-video in 16:9, 9:16, 1:1 and 21:9.
- Kling 4.0 sits alongside Luma's own tools and the other video and image options already in the workflow, and users pick it the way they would pick a lens.
