From the source
Amazon's AWS Solutions Architecture team built Deep Insight, an open-source multi-agent system that turns a CSV file and a natural-language prompt into an analysis report.
- The team says building a multi-agent system is now straightforward, but taking it to production is where the real challenges begin.
- Deep Insight uses a hierarchy of specialized agents, including Coordinator, Planner, Supervisor, Coder, Validator, Reporter and Tracker, that load data, run analyses, generate charts, validate calculations and produce a .docx report with citations.
- The system is open sourced on
GitHub with a full setup guide and three deployment options spanning development to production.
- A self-hosted version runs locally through the CLI and sets up in about 10 minutes, while a web version offers a browser UI for uploading data and reviewing plans without code.
- The managed AgentCore version deploys agents on AgentCore runtime inside a private VPC, with a custom Code Interpreter on AWS Fargate and isolated per-user environments.
- All three options share the same multi-agent architecture, so an agent validated in development deploys to production as-is.
