OpenAI's GPT-5.5 to its platform, letting enterprise customers run the frontier model on their own data with governance from day one.

- Unity AI Gateway governs both GPT-5.5 model inference and Codex coding workflows through a single control plane.
- That layer adds per-user and per-group permissions and rate limits, guardrails that detect PII and block prompt injection, MCP governance, automatic failover, and observability.
- Every request is logged with identity, tokens, latency, and cost in Delta tables the customer owns, and customers get one consolidated bill.
- GPT-5.5 is available now on Databricks across AWS, Azure, and GCP, and Codex can be deployed through Unity AI Gateway.
