LG AI Research completes first 2022 AI training course
LG AI Research held a completion ceremony for the first half of 2022's LG AI Expert Course, a 12-week AI training program for LG Group employees.
Fifteen trainees from six affiliates completed the program, which includes one-to-one mentoring from LG AI Research specialists.
Three research projects were awarded Best Practice honors, including a battery defect detection method, a refrigerator abnormality classification model, and an AI model for drug discovery.

The LG AI Expert Course is a 12-week AI professional training course designed to secure talents with the knowledge and competency to lead AI projects within the LG Group. Through one-to-one mentoring provided by AI specialists of LG AI Research for 12 weeks, participants get opportunities to apply the latest AI technology to LG Group affiliates' business tasks and grow into professionals capable of self-reinforcing individual capabilities.
