LG AI Research announced its AI Ethics Principles, consisting of five core values: Humanity, Fairness, Safety, Accountability, and Transparency.
The principles are intended to guide all LG employees who research and use AI.
LG AI Research also established an AI Ethical Inspection Task Force to train employees on the principles and examine ethical issues in AI research, and plans to create an AI Ethics Working Group with 10 LG subsidiaries by the end of the year.
