SpaceXSI Sales built three Shared Bots for the deal cycle
The SpaceXSI Sales team built Shared Bots on Grok Bot for prospecting, quoting and deal review so every rep works from the same up-to-date expertise.
- Individual reps had each built their own Bots to research accounts, prepare for meetings and manage pipelines, so the team consolidated the best of that work into Bots that serve whole teams.
- Three Shared Bots cover the deal cycle: Account Intel identifies prospects and keeps Salesforce current, Quote Bot generates pricing proposals and order forms through CPQ tools, and Deal Bot helps the Deal Desk review non-standard terms and approve deals.
- Each Bot draws on shared skills and connections to internal sources of truth, so a process change is updated once for everyone, and each acts with the user's permissions plus extra restrictions on sensitive actions.
- Rate limits prevent unintended changes at scale, and a rep cannot use Quote Bot to approve their own discount.
- Human review is required when decision criteria cannot be clearly defined or when a Bot prepares customer-facing communications, and the team expects to give the Bots more responsibility as it measures the quality of their work.

The SpaceXSI Sales team built Shared Bots for prospecting, quoting, and deal review so every rep works from the same up-to-date expertise.
When the SpaceXSI Sales team first adopted Grok Bot , individual reps built their own Bots to research accounts, prepare for meetings, and manage their pipelines. This presented an opportunity to bring together the best of what everyone was building and make it available to the whole team.
We began creating Shared Bots, each specializing in a role that already exists in our Sales organization. The people who know each job best help build and maintain the Bot, so everyone benefits from their expertise and works from the same up-to-date business knowledge. And as we improve a Bot, everyone who uses it benefits, without having to update their own setup.
We've started with three Shared Bots, each responsible for a different part of the deal cycle.
Account Intel Bot helps reps identify prospects, prepare for customer conversations, and keep Salesforce up to date.
Quote Bot generates pricing proposals and prepares order forms using CPQ tools.
Deal Bot helps our Deal Desk team review non-standard terms and approve deals.
