An Anthropic Japan business development representative built a fleet of Claude agents to automate lead routing, triage, email drafting, CRM updates, and meeting follow-ups.

The agents, named Furiwake, Sabaki, Henji, Shoudan, and Nokori, run on scheduled tasks and share a knowledge base.

The rep later migrated the fleet to Claude Managed Agents (beta) for centralized version control and easier management.
