Aleph Alpha appointed Ilhan Scheer as Co-CEO, effective after the company's strategic and operational realignment in late 2025.
Scheer, previously Chief Growth Officer since August 2025, now shares leadership with Co-CEO Reto Spörri, overseeing commercial execution, product direction, and technical strategy.
The company said it will focus on building specialized language models for regulated and system-relevant domains.
