Aleph Alpha released Kolibri, a specialized large language model for mission-critical applications in public administration and industry.
The model has 78 billion total parameters with around 3 billion active per token, supports German and English, and is designed for deployment on customer-controlled infrastructure.
It supports agentic workflows, retrieval-augmented generation, and native tool calling.
