Cohere and Aleph Alpha combine to form first transatlantic sovereign AI company
Cohere and Aleph Alpha signed a definitive business combination agreement to create the first transatlantic sovereign AI solution.
The combined company will operate globally as Cohere, with dual headquarters in Berlin and Toronto, and will keep Aleph Alpha's Heidelberg office as a research center.
The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and is expected to close later this year.
