Qwen3.8-Max: A New Bar for Coding and Cowork

Alibaba releases Qwen 3.8-Max, a 2.4 trillion parameter model (95B active) with improvements across coding, work, research, and long-horizon tasks. Open weights will be released next week. The model demonstrated autonomous coding capabilities, including reproducing research papers and beating human teams in a competition.
