Subquadratic's privacy policy, effective February 27, 2026 and last updated October 16, 2026, sets out what personal data the company collects and how it uses that data.
- When you create an account, the company collects your name, contact information, account credentials, payment information and transaction history.
- It also holds the prompts, files and images you submit and the outputs its models return, and warns against sending data you would not want processed.
- Content is reviewed and classified to detect violations of the usage policy or other misuse, including through automated systems and, where systems flag a potential violation or a report must be investigated, limited human review.
- The policy says Subquadratic trains its models on public internet data and licensed third-party data that may incidentally include personal data of non-users.
- The company says it does not use that information to build profiles of individuals, contact them or market to them, and takes steps to reduce personal data in its training datasets.
- People who believe their personal data was included in training data can write to privacy@subq.ai.
