Supabase launched Analytics Buckets in private alpha, a new storage bucket type optimized for analytics with built-in Apache Iceberg support.
The buckets are integrated into Supabase Studio, expose table-level views instead of raw files, and can be queried via the new Supabase Iceberg Wrapper, also in alpha.
Alpha limits include two analytics buckets per project, up to five namespaces per bucket, and ten tables per namespace; write capability is still in development.
