Stripe-To-Postgres Sync Engine as standalone Library

Supabase released stripe-sync-engine as a standalone npm package, @supabase/stripe-sync-engine, allowing developers to integrate it into any backend project including Node.js, Express, or Supabase Edge Functions.

Previously only available as a Docker image, the package listens to Stripe webhook events and normalizes them into structured Postgres inserts/updates.
