OCP Global Summit: Amid Ecosystem Adoption, NVIDIA Opens Vera Rubin Architecture to Help Scale AI Factories Worldwide

NVIDIA contributes rack designs and open software to OCP for AI factories

At the OCP Global Summit, NVIDIA contributed Vera Rubin rack and compute tray designs to the open MGX architecture, updated the MGX 1.2 specification for AI factories with blind-mate liquid cooling and a 5,000A busbar, and launched open source software components for the DSX AI Factory platform, including Config Manager, Cluster Readiness Engine, Rack Management Service, and a Cluster API Provider.
