Replit announced several new security features for its platform, including making Replit Auth the default authentication provider, launching pre-deployment security scanning with Semgrep, blocking the Agent from modifying key system files, and redirecting pasted API keys to the Secrets tool.

The company also introduced App History, a rebuilt version rollback interface that shows screenshots, allows database state rollback, and offers previews for checkpoints within the past 7 days.
