Replit added web search capabilities to its Replit Agent, enabling it to automatically conduct live internet searches to fill knowledge gaps during app creation.

Users can also explicitly ask Agent to perform research.

The feature is designed to help Agent understand context such as recent market data, API documentation, and competitor information.
