Hugging Face announces LeRobot v0.4.0, a major upgrade to the open-source robot learning framework, featuring new dataset infrastructure (Datasets v3.0), dataset editing tools, support for LIBERO and 
Meta-World simulation environments, a new data processing pipeline, multi-GPU training, and a plugin system for hardware integration.
The release also introduces new VLA models PI0.5 and GR00T N1.5.
