New model
Microsoft AI announced MAI-Cyber-1-Flash, a compact, code-heavy security model derived from the MAI-Thinking-1 lineage, integrated into its MDASH multi-agent vulnerability identification and remediation harness.
The combined system scores 96% on the CyberGym benchmark's any-crash score, outperforming Mythos, Gemini, and GPT, while delivering a 50% cost saving compared to 
Microsoft's current best MDASH offering.
The model was developed with security-first calibration, evaluated by Microsoft's AI Red Team and a third party, and is supported by enterprise-grade controls in MDASH.
