Opening: 05 October 2026 Closing: 03 November 2026 The Commission is seeking a procurement contract for the setup and operation of the AI Observatory for a period of three years. The European AI Observatory is a new initiative to monitor and boost the uptake of AI in key sectors across the EU. It will support the objectives of the Apply AI Strategy . The project will provide indicators to assess the impact of AI in strategic sectors. It will also monitor AI development and changes it may bring to the labour market and the economy overall, as well as support the organisation of sectorial discussions.
