Amazon announced the general availability of the Amazon Quick desktop application on macOS and Windows, and added a new activity feed to the mobile experience on iOS and Android.
The AI assistant runs on AWS infrastructure, keeps data in the user's environment, and provides audit trails via Amazon CloudWatch and AWS CloudTrail, with compliance certifications including HIPAA, FedRAMP, SOC 2, and ISO 27001.
