OpenAI released a new image generation model, ChatGPT Images 2.5, with faster generation (up to 50% latency reduction compared to Images 2.0), better detail, and more realistic editing.
The model supports multi-round editing consistency, annotation-based editing on images, and sketch reference.
OpenAI also released two API models: GPT-Image-2.5 Flare and GPT-Image-2.5 Sunburst, with token-based pricing.
