UpdateRecord API enables updating individual feature values without full record rewrites.
Amazon announced the UpdateRecord API for SageMaker Feature Store, enabling feature-level writes that allow updating one or more feature values in a single atomic call without a full read-modify-write cycle.
The capability is available for both the Standard (DynamoDB-backed) and In-Memory (ElastiCache-backed) online store tiers, with Standard_V2 storage format required for the Standard tier.

We are excited to announce feature-level writes for Amazon SageMaker Feature Store. With the new UpdateRecord API, you can now update one or more feature values in a single call without reading or rewriting the entire record.
