Diagnostic-Driven Completions

Amp Tab now uses language server diagnostics to suggest follow-up edits that resolve errors from previous edits, enabling completions across the entire file.

This is particularly useful for changes that introduce fixable errors, such as changing function signatures or renaming variables.
