From AGENT.md to AGENTS.md

Capability change

Amp now supports AGENTS.md files (plural) in addition to the original AGENT.md files, maintaining backwards compatibility, after OpenAI adopted the plural form and the condition (OpenAI acquiring the agents.md domain) was met.
