Edit, Restore and Fork in the CLI

Capability change

Amp added message editing, thread restoration, and forking capabilities to its CLI, accessible via keyboard shortcuts Tab (to select a message), e (to edit), r (to restore the thread to that message), and f (to fork from that message).

You can now edit messages in the Amp CLI, restore the thread to a specific point, or fork a new thread from a message.
