Cognition’s acquisition of Windsurf

Cognition has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Windsurf, the agentic IDE, including its product, IP, trademark, brand, $82M in ARR, 350+ enterprise customers, and the Windsurf team.
In the near term, the Windsurf team will continue to operate as before, with integration of Windsurf's capabilities and IP into Cognition's products planned over the coming months.
