Devin heads east: Cognition opens its Singapore APAC headquarters

Cognition opened its Asia-Pacific headquarters in Singapore, appointing Richard Spence as Vice President and General Manager for the region. The company is building a local team across engineering, go-to-market, and partnerships, and is already working with Singaporean enterprise OCBC, where engineers have seen up to 30% improvement in code and test case generation.
