Enterprise-managed settings support any default model

GitHub announced that enterprise-managed settings now support setting any default model for GitHub Copilot conversations. The default can be customized by enterprise team, and it is generally available with Copilot Business and Copilot Enterprise in the Copilot app, Copilot CLI, and Visual Studio Code.
