Introducing agentic video understanding with Gemini

Google DeepMind announces a new agentic video understanding capability for Gemini models (3.7 Flash, 3.6 Flash, 3.5 Flash-Lite) that reduces token consumption by up to 88%, costs by up to 66%, and improves accuracy by up to 7%. The feature is available via the Gemini API in Google AI Studio and Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform, using standard token pricing.
