Hy3 preview: The First Step in Rebuilding the Hy model

Tencent releases and open-sources Hy3 preview, a 295B-parameter MoE model with 21B active parameters, supporting three reasoning modes and a 256K context window. The model is the first trained on rebuilt infrastructure and shows improvements in reasoning, instruction following, coding, and agent tasks. It is available on GitHub, HuggingFace, ModelScope, and GitCode, and supports vLLM and SGLang. API pricing is competitive, and Token Plans start at 28 CNY/month.
