Changes to Antigravity Plans

Google Antigravity introduces a new $100/month Ultra plan, reduces the top-tier Ultra plan from $250 to $200/month, merges Gemini Flash and Pro quotas into a shared pool, and removes AI credits from base plans, making them an overage-only mechanism.
