KnowledgeForge: mining gold from the ITSM ticket graveyard

Amazon introduced KnowledgeForge, a system that mines resolved ITSM incident tickets to generate and curate knowledge base articles using generative AI and RAG, running on AWS infrastructure including Amazon Bedrock with Anthropic Claude Sonnet 4.5 and Amazon Titan Text Embeddings V2 models, Amazon S3 Vectors, and AWS Step Functions.
