Vercel AI SDK 3.3 adds experimental tracing via OpenTelemetry, multi-modal file attachments for useChat, a useObject hook for streaming structured JSON to clients, and additional LLM settings.
It also introduces AWS Bedrock and Chrome AI model providers.

Vercel AI SDK 3.3 introduces four major features: Tracing (experimental): instrument AI SDK functions using OpenTelemetry; Multi-Modal File Attachments (experimental): send file attachments with useChat; useObject hook (experimental): stream structured object generation to the client; Additional LLM Settings: raw JSON for tools and structured object generation, stop sequences, and sending custom headers.
